Copyright Law protects the Artists Copyright in their original artworks.

Under no circumstance may you download, reproduce, publish or distribute elsewhere, in any medium, any of the images for commercial purposes, without proper and prior written permission from Vicky Tailor, the company’s representative or its legal advisers.

Unauthorised duplication or usage for commercial purposes is prohibited by the Copyright law and will be prosecuted.

Eagle Reach Studio retains all of the copyrights to all artwork and photos on this site, regardless of whether or not the original image has been sold. Should you wish to use an image for commercial purposes please contact Vicky Tailor with details of your specific request.

All commissioned pieces and other artwork rights remain with me, Vicky Tailor. I reserve the right to create any marketing material, prints and reproductions of any artwork I create unless otherwise organised. For commercial use of commissioned art, there must be written permission and a commercial fee added to your commissioned art. Until you have written permission to use the art other than personal use, you may not reproduce the artwork in any form nor are you allowed to profit from it.
